Insight

Learning to ski or snowboard can be a
daunting proposition. The whole resort
experience is often overwhelming to
first timers or people getting back
into the sport.

For the launch of Big Snow, the first
indoor ski and snowboard facility in
North America, we needed to dispel
the myths about learning to ski and
snowboard with an approach that
was both family friendly and helped
people feel safe and confident.

Idea

Every day is a snow day - The brand
mantra, was developed to highlight the
joy and fun of the on snow experience
that can be had here, year round. The
original illustrative design introduced
“BIG”, the lovable snow yeti, who
embodies the supportive spirit of
Big Snow to help people to learn to ski
and snowboard.

We developed all branding, experiential
and integrated campaign elements
including Brand voice, Brand aesthetic,
Tagline, OOH + Digital banners,
Character design & illustration,
Web and Social design, Content and
animation, Collateral, and Experiential
narrative throughout the guest journey.
